Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter at Urban Recruits. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You will also be responsible for conducting technical recruiting, ensuring effective communication between candidates and clients, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience
• Technical Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working at a recruitment company is a must!
