Software Engineer Team Lead

A startup company that has already been recognized as a unicorn is developing a platform that enables a solution based on Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) algorithms for the blockchain sector. Vitalik, the inventor of Ethereum, is among the company's investors.

The company has two products: B2B and B2D, which provide a development environment for application developers on Ethereum.

The company has 180 employees and operates on a hybrid work model, allowing two days of remote work each week. As a successful unicorn, it is valued at $8 billion and is well-funded, with a runway extending for the next six years.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Group Lead, this role involves managing a team of about 5 developers, with a very high percentage of hands-on work, especially in the beginning. The development work is split 50/50 between React and Node.js, and involves working with AWS, GCP, Microservices, Linux, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• BSc degree from a leading university or college.
• 4 years of experience as a Software Development Team Lead.
• Management experience of a team of 4 software developers.
• Hands-on experience in Full-Stack (FS) development.
• Experience with client-side development using Angular2, React, or Vue.
• Experience with server-side development using Node, Python, Java, or Scala.
• Recent experience working in SaaS web startups.
