Role Description

Our firm’s Finance and Public Corporations Department is seeking a lawyer.

The department counsels public companies on all regulatory aspects of their activity, including providing legal advice to boards of directors, participating in committee and board meetings, preparing immediate and periodic reports, and more.In addition, the department represents clients in the sheltered housing sector, providing both ongoing support and assistance during complex transactions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience advising public companies and/or the capital market industry.
• High-level English.
• Great Communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate and public corporation law.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
