The Technion Alumni Association is seeking a highly motivated and organized External Affairs Coordinator to develop and manage our international alumni relations programs. In this role, you will play a key role in strengthening ties between the Technion and its alumni living abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate relationships with alumni living abroad.
- Organize and manage events and programs for international alumni, both virtually and in-person.
- Working with diverse communities: A top-down and bottom-up Approach
- Facilitate communication between the Technion Alumni Association and international alumni societies.
- Manage social media channels and other communication platforms to connect with international alumni.
Qualifications:
- Native fluency in English is a requirement
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Experience in building and managing communities
- Experience in event planning and program management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in social media and other communication technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Role is based at the Technion campus in Haifa.
