System Engineer

You will be responsible for the overall technical project management of precision tracking systems in R&D. This includes planning and monitoring all R&D activities, overseeing project budgets (both material and labor), and leading technical interactions with customers, such as design reviews, acceptance testing, and system integration. Additionally, you will be accountable for the system-level architecture of complex systems, as well as the specifications and requirements for systems, software, and hardware. Your role will also involve active participation in the Integration and Proof of Design phases and overseeing electrical connectivity design between LRUs.

Requirements:

Education:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

• ME in System Engineering is an advantage.

Experience and Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in a development team working on multi-disciplinary projects.

• Proven experience in Project Management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in writing requirements and specifications in English.

• Experience in designing complex system architectures.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Open-minded and adaptable with high self-learning capabilities.

• Team player with experience in matrix management.

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).

• Knowledge and experience with SATCOM systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with servo and control algorithms, mechanical design, RF communication, and RT software is an advantage.
