Tech Lead

We are seeking a Tech Lead with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale web solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills to create robust web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership and mentorship a team of software engineers and developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity solutions using Python.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Extensive experience with AWS and Azure(Nice to have) cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and its integration with cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
  

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Node, React TS).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
