We're looking for our first Solutions Architect to join our growing team and help shape our architecture and technology strategy from the ground up. As our inaugural Solutions Architect, you'll have a unique opportunity to design and implement technical solutions that drive customer success, product innovation, and business growth.

Responsibilities And Impact

• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions based on our product offering.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for our customers, providing proactive support and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the product and R&D teams to communicate customer needs and drive product improvements.
• Lead the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with our platform’s scalability, security, and performance goals.
• Develop and maintain onboarding and support processes, and solution assets.
• Design and execute solution strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and platform success.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on SaaS, ERP, or related technologies
• Experience working closely with product and R&D teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency in technical documentation and solution design
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
• High proficiency in Excel
• High proficiency in SQL
  
  

• Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience with accounting and ERP systems - Major advantage
• Experience in a customer-facing role in the fintech industry
• Hands-on experience as a financial controller
