Job Description

Join a large successful company (as a company employee, not outsourcing) rebuilding its IT infrastructure. Take charge of the entire design of a new CRM system, working in Tel Aviv based offices. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Objectives of this Role

Write specifications, design Salesforce integration with Priority-based ERP system and define relevant information to be extracted for migration to salesforce.

Define and implement needed user training, integration of Salesforce with Priority service and procurement modules.

Initiate and define a CRM solution using salesforce.

Create and give presentations, guide implementors and developers of salesforce contractor for implementations.

Collaborate with the IT team regarding necessary infrastructure needed to design, develop, test, and implement a new ERP system, features and functionality.

Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce systems processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field

5+ years of experience in the integration and technical project management of large-scale Salesforce systems together with ERP systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience working with IT subcontractors.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
