About the role:

We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, and innovative Marketing Designer to join our team. In this crucial role, you will drive our creative initiatives and ensure that all growth, marketing, and sales materials align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing content that resonates with our audience. As the sole creative authority, you will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that enhance our brand's presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the brand's visual language.
Design creative assets for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, paid campaigns, etc.
Maintain Finaloop’s website.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Design assets for various creative growth initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all media channels and marketing materials.

Requirements:

5+ years of brand marketing experience with a deep understanding of all stages of the design process.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from a known institution.
A strong design portfolio showcasing branding projects, marketing assets, full campaigns, and strong graphic principles across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Exceptional creativity and understanding of color, composition, and typography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
Experience with Motion, Premiere, and After Effects - A BIG PLUS
Illustration skills - A BIG PLUS
Knowledge of Webflow - A BIG PLUS
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams.
High level of written and spoken English.
