Job Description

• :Manage and implement improvements in operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• .Develop and implement continuous improvement work plans in collaboration with various departments
• .Conduct workshops and disseminate best practices throughout the organization
• .Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, while raising awareness of compliance

.Job Requirements

• :At least five years of experience in operational excellence within an organization
• .Experience in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives in industries such as healthcare, banking, technology, and retail
• .Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration
• .In-depth understanding of Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, BPR, and RPA concepts and tools
• .Strong skills in change management and project management
• .Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead without direct authority
• .Experience working in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environment - an advantage
