Child Safety Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Child Safety Analyst. As a Child Safety Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in conducting in-depth research on child safety violations contributing significantly to our mission of fostering a safer online space for all users:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on child safety violations, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover valuable insights.
• Ensure the quality and standards of delivery, maintaining a high level of accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail.
• Develop methodologies and frameworks, continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and policy, to address emerging issues and develop proactive strategies and solutions.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the department.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in OSINT and research -Must
• Excellent research abilities, with the ability to make sense of complex data - Must
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Must
• Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Must
• Ability to extract insights from big sets of data - Must
• Strong Excel skills to manage big sets of data efficiently - Must
• Experience working in a field related to sexual violence is required - Advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages, with native-level English as an advantage - Advantage
