Quality Manager - Established Cosmetics Company (3113)

A large and well-established cosmetics company is seeking a Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's quality policy.
• Establish and maintain work procedures related to quality.
• Lead and manage the quality team.
• Create work plans, set goals and performance indicators for quality initiatives, and monitor their progress.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

Position Details:

• Full-time position located in the Jerusalem/Airport City area.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in quality management within the cosmetics, food or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Academic background in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English at a high level.
