Junior QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for an ambitious Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our leading capital markets FinTech.

As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test, frameworks, and tools to ensure the quality of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify test cases, automate them, and integrate them into the continuous integration and delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test, frameworks, and tools using C# and SpecFlow
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify test cases and ensure test coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyse test results and provide feedback to the development team to improve software quality
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Scrum ceremonies
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in automated testing and share knowledge with the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or any related field / Student with availability for at least 4 days a week
• Strong programming skills in C# or Java
• Background in similar roles - a significant advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly accurate and detail oriented
• Highly motivated and self-learning ability
• Fluent English
