Unfiled communication and Video Conference & Multimedia system specialist

KLA - an international hi-tech company located in Yavne seeks for a Unified communication and Video Conference systems specialist.

As a Unified Communications specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and reliable communication and collaboration tools for our organization. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of unified communications systems, including voice, video, messaging, and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation: Deploy and configure unified communications systems, including VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools. Example, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

- Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the health and performance of unified communications infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and patches.

- Integration: Integrate unified communications systems with other IT components, such as network infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services.

- Security: Implement security measures to protect communication channels, data, and endpoints, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolve communication-related issues, and offer training when necessary.

- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for unified communications systems, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure hardware, software, and services, and manage vendor relationships.

- Capacity Planning: Analyze usage patterns and plan for capacity upgrades to meet future communication needs.

Important - high level English!! writing / speaking / reading

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT and related field

- Several years of experience in unified communications .

- Proficiency in unified communications platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Unified

Communications, etc.,).

- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, SIP, and telephony systems.

- Networking skills, including TCP/IP, routing, and firewall configuration.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator) - advantage

- Project management skills are a plus.
