Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team and help us enhance our digital presence. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and increase website traffic. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure the website’s health using monitoring and standardized processes.
• Perform extensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content.
• Work closely with content teams to optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for improved search visibility.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority and ranking.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to determine the best SEO strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, development) to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.
• Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance SEO strategies and automate routine tasks where applicable.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to ensure ongoing optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience as an SEO Specialist, with proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics tools.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in performing audits and implementing SEO changes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a hands-on mentality and strong growth mindset.
• Experience in working with large-scale websites and familiarity with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus.
• Experience using tools like Monday.com and HubSpot for project and task management.
