About The Team

As part of the Platform team, you will play a key role in improving developer experience by developing and maintaining backend systems that are crucial to our platform's functionality and scalability. You will also create tools for the efficient delivery of SaaS applications supporting hundreds of multi-tenant clients.

You will be part of a central team, collaborating on projects across all our development teams. This role offers exposure to diverse technologies and the opportunity to work with teammates possessing varied skills, including backend developers and data engineers

About The Role

• Data Flow Management: Maintain and optimize the organization's data flows, pipelines, and tools.
• Asynchronous Data Solutions: Contribute to the design and implementation of asynchronous event-driven data solutions.
• Data Platform Collaboration: Work with product teams to leverage data platform tools effectively for user-facing applications.
• Data Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and processes for data migrations, purging, and governance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and developers to support their data needs.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Participate in monitoring the performance of data platform tools and databases, and contribute to their optimization.
  
  

About You

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or software development role.
• Experience with Python
• Enthusiasm for platform tools and technology solutions.
• Foundational understanding of data concepts.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Interest in dashboards and observability.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to technical initiatives.
