Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers? a global fintech company is looking for a dedicated Financial Billing Coordinator to become a key player in the Finance Billing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

In This Role, You Will:

• Manage and oversee monthly client payments.
• Summarize receivable balances, verify totals, and generate insightful reports.
• Execute billing tasks, including generating invoices and credit memos in line with customer agreements.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to billing and invoices via email.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Track and manage financial data to identify outstanding invoices.
• Ensure client success within your designated region.

What We're Looking For:

• Up to 2 years of experience as a billing coordinator in a finance department.
• Proficiency in Hebrew, English and Russian
• Advanced skills in Excel with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle numerical data accurately.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP and Salesforce.
