Software Development Team Leader

We are seeking a Software Development Team Leader for a leading organization in Tel Aviv😎

Responsibilities:

💪🏽 Direct management of a development team, including WEB and application developers

💪🏽 Managing and implementing work plans in alignment with client requirements

💪🏽 Ensuring the quality of outputs produced by the team members

💪🏽 Providing mentorship, support, and professional training to team members

💪🏽 Conducting periodic employee reviews and setting personal goals

Requirements

💁🏽‍♀️ At least 5 years of experience in Back End development in an ASP.NET environment – mandatory.

💁🏽‍♀️ At least 5 years of experience in Front End development for responsive websites, including at least 2 years with React technology.

💁🏽‍♀️ Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing a development team.

💁🏽‍♀️ Extensive experience with MSSQL databases and Stored Procedures.

💁🏽‍♀️ Familiarity with information security aspects in internet and mobile development.

💁🏽‍♀️ Experience in application development using React Native – a significant advantage.

💁🏽‍♀️ Familiarity and/or experience with Umbraco version 7 and above – an advantage.
