Marketing Business Analyst

Medier Agency is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Business/Marketing Analyst. We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in analyzing market trends, developing strategic insights, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control, and analyze the company’s marketing activities, conversion data & customer journeys through funnel analysis
• Explore and analyze large datasets to optimize and improve business performance and processes
• Drive actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions and growth
• Collaborate closely with various teams across the business, acting as an analytical focal point and supporting decision-making
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and management reports using advanced BI tools, promoting innovative and new measurement capabilities

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a data/business/marketing/product analyst
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior management, delivering and explaining Analytical insights and recommendations in non-technical language
• Quick-thinking, fast-learning, and a problem solver who is independent and self-motivated. Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative in a high-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
• Excellent SQL and R or Python
• Proven experience with PowerBi/Tableau
• Experience in one of the following: Gaming or Entertainment industry / Marketing Indust
• Excellent English communication skills
