Optimove is redefining the customer relationship management landscape. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Product team and lead strategic parts of our data platform that powers the entire Optimove offering. Our data platform supports ingesting and activating huge amounts of customer data from various sources, building complex segments, allowing our users to explore those segments and receive insights, and more. The ideal candidate is fluent in the technical jargon and building scalable, reliable, low-latency systems but also has passion and experience in identifying client needs and pains, and working with UI/UX designers to transform them into powerful product capabilities.

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for Optimove's segmentation and data visualization products.
Own problem discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap development for complex backend capabilities, and delightful customer facing features in Optimove's web app.
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design high-scale, low-cost solutions.
Translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear technical requirements and KPIs.
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure delivery of high-quality, high-performance features.
Continuously analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions in the respective domains.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of B2B Product Management experience, ideally within SaaS, data platforms, CDPs, or infrastructure products.
Strong technical background- comfortable working with engineering on topics such as event streaming, real-time processing, distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
Demonstrated success building complex backend or platform-level products, and user-facing features.
Exceptional Product Discovery skills and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, validated product directions.
Experience collaborating with senior engineering stakeholders and contributing to high-level architectural decisions.
A passion for system-level thinking, scalability, and reliability.
Self-driven, curious, and highly motivated to solve deep customer and platform challenges.
