This position is temporary for six months, extendable by up to another six months.
This role encompasses the following activities:
Sales Enablement: Coordinate closely with sales, marketing teams and business partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies and sales communications
Webinars: Set up webinars using our marketing automation tools, including working with internal teams for content, design, invitation copy, social media graphics, dry runs with presenters, live coordination, and report preparation
Events & Tradeshows:
Work with internal teams for customer-facing in-person events, including identifying venues, hotel contract negotiation, creating and sending out invitations, purchasing giveaways, registration management, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
Coordinate with hotels, exhibition organizers, and vendors for industry and partner events where Cadence is present, including onsite coordination.
PR: Work with Cadence’s PR agency for media articles, interviews, and other publicity
Social Media: Support Cadence’s social media program in Israel, including posting on our channels, tracking engagement, and providing insights and suggestions
Internal Communications & Employer Branding: Work with the site leadership to support internal communications and site initiatives. Work with employees for testimonials, videos, and other collateral to boost employer branding.
Administration: Coordinate PO and vendor invoice processing
Requirements
Previous experience in organizing webinars and in-person events is mandatory
Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Positive, can-do attitude, willingness to listen and learn, collaborative mindset, creative problem solving skills
Familiarity with using social media for business
Keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
Prior experience in working with global teams is a bonus
