Project and Business Operations Manager

We are looking to hire a Project and Operations Manager for our Cyber Security Business Service Department.

Responsibilities:

Cyber Security Projects Management

· Maintain proactive communication with the service team, technical teams, and sales agents.

· Manage resources assignments, plan and set project schedules.

· Coordinate and keep ongoing communication with the customers, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Follow up on process and technical progress in the project. Produce and present status reports in meetings.

· Identify problematic issues during the project and provide real-time creative solutions.

· Develop processes and work methods to improve project management efficiency in the company.

Business Operations

· Follow up on customers' purchase orders.

· Monitor and update customers on service usage according to the service contracts (hourly or yearly), and check

pricing and profitability.

· Ongoing communication with the sales team.

· Responsibility for hourly reports per customer from the customer service team,

calculating customers' billing according to the usage report and the customer service contract.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Industry and Management / Relevant Field

· Knowledge and understanding of project management methods

· Ability to work in a technological environment

· Ability to analyze data and a strategic thinker

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Experience working with CRM/ERP systems

· Experience working with Mic Office

· Ability to motivate people and work in a technological and dynamic environment

· High level of English.

· Available for a full-time position at the company's offices in Rosh HaAyin
