Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
3+ years of experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with proven impact on learning outcomes
Proficiency in basic coding (any programming language)
Hands-on experience with AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
Superior communication skills, adept at conveying complex ELA concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
