Product Designer

365Scores is a global sports tech hub, serving tens of millions of users with real-time results, stats, news, and content across all major sports. We combine deep tech, live data, and massive scale to deliver one of the most engaging sports experiences in the world.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI Design in a product based company.

• Experience designing Native apps or web platforms.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem solving and aesthetic skills.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

• Strong knowledge of AI Tools such as Figma AI, Cursor, Nano Banana etc…

• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Understanding of usability principles and best practices.

• Big Advantage: Strong knowledge in Sports.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. You will bring new solutions to complicated problems through product thinking, collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on product solutions. You will lead design initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design

• Design intuitive, user-centered solutions while maintaining consistency across Company’s platforms and Products

• Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences

• Collaborating effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.

• Balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality designs on time and within scope.

• Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale

• Advocate for user needs and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle
