As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our fan-first design vision for WSC Sports. You’ll join a team of designers to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences that align with our brand and empower our global audience. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you’ll translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Lifecycle Ownership: Lead projects from concept through research, execution, and iterative improvements.
Design Leadership: Lead by example, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
User-Centered Design: Drive user research to deeply understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into impactful design solutions.
Design Excellence: Drive the creation of high-quality, visually appealing, and functional designs for web, mobile and our back-office platforms.
Strategy & Vision: Partner with functional leads to ensure alignment with business objectives and product goals.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to deliver innovative features and enhancements.
Prototyping & Testing: Lead prototyping efforts and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into the design process.

Requirements:

What You’ll Need:

Experience: 5+ years in product design, with proven expertise in mobile design
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft beautiful and user-friendly designs, including case studies that highlight your design thinking process.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design & prototyping tools like Figma.
User-Centered Mindset: Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Design System: Proficiency in working with a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all products.
