System Requirement Manager

Mobileye is looking for a system Requirement Manager to lead the overall life cycle of our leading Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) requirements.
What will your job look like?
Owning the life cycle of the system requirements E2E including requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and traceability.
Develop and maintain a requirements management plan that includes organizational-wide processes, procedures, and tools for managing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are incorporated into the system design, development, and testing.
Monitor and track requirements changes and maintain version control of requirements documentation.
Lead requirements review events with customers, high management, auditors and other stake holders.
Perform requirements analysis to ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
All you need is:
Engineering, CS or equivalent degree.
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of systems architecture and design principles: capable of understanding AV systems engineering processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in requirement management: In-depth knowledge of requirements management tools and techniques, such as DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System) and SysML (Systems Modeling Language).
Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
Hands on tools to enable quick ad-hoc processing of requirements (e.g. python, excel)
