Performance Marketing Manager - Base44

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join Base44 – AI-powered creation platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth engine of a new product that’s changing the world. Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, and other key channels and use data to push performance forward and fast

Build and manage high-performing campaigns across the entire funnel

Test and iterate on creative assets to improve performance

Analyze data to identify insights, optimize spend, and improve efficiency

Collaborate with our in-house creative studio and product teams

Drive growth loops, segmentation strategies, and performance-driven experimentation

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, and more

Proven track record of scaling acquisition efforts and consistently hitting growth KPIs

Sharp analytical mindset with strong experience using data to drive decisions

Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance

Skilled in building, optimizing, and managing full-funnel campaigns

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment

Experience with UGC, landing page testing, and iterative creative processes – an advantage
