This is a hybrid position - 3 days from our office in Tel Aviv

About the role:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, your role will be pivotal in supporting all marketing initiatives throughout the lead-sales funnel to improve the company's online brand presence, and nurture leads from initial prospect engagement to SQL. If you're an agile team player with an analytical mindset, highly organized, and have a high ownership level with a "can do" approach, we'd love to hear from you.

· Ensure a seamless experience from initial prospect engagement to sale by managing automation and nurture flows.

· Manage the website, including building landing pages, uploading content, and solving technical issues.

· Grow brand awareness and organic traffic to OTORIO's website via digital, social, and community activities.

· Accelerate OTORIO's social media growth, primarily LinkedIn, via organic content and LinkedIn ads.

· Improve customer advocacy through community nurture flows (posts, webinars, emails, segmentation, optimization).

· Track and report on marketing efforts to enable data-driven marketing decisions and improve KPIs.

· Work together with marketing & cross-function teams to ensure the above.

Requirements:

Digital Marketing, SEO experience - 3+ years, must
High-level English - must
WordPress, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager - basic experience
PPC, SEM, LinkedIn Ads - basic experience
HubSpot, Canva - advantage
