Senior Software Engineer

We are hiring an *experienced Software Engineer* to lead the development of advanced multidisciplinary systems in an operational and high-tech environment. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that involves defining requirements, system design, development, testing, and integration—while maintaining a broad system-wide perspective throughout the entire project lifecycle.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead end-to-end software development: requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing
* Provide technical leadership to a software team (directly or in a matrix structure)
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders: system engineers, QA, integration teams, and clients
* Participate in system engineering tasks, including requirement analysis and cross-system solution design
* Drive integration between diverse software components: *Embedded*, *Firmware*, *Imaging*, *Algorithms*, and more

*Requirements*

* B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
* At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
* Experience in leading software projects or acting as a system engineer for complex software systems
