About you:

As the QA Architect, you'll be a key member of our Tech team, driving quality strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for end-to-end success, from building the quality roadmap to overseeing its execution, while engaging and leading key stakeholders.

What will you actually be doing?

Build our quality strategy and proactively drive the culture change needed
Own the quality domain and serve as a focal point for all QA matters, methodology and convention, in the team
Create quality processes, define our testing approach and set quality criteria
Analyze end-to-end system and functional testing and report to key stakeholders, highlighting risks & possible mitigations
Be involved in the design and build process of upcoming product releases
Be part of an agile team, working in CI/CD environment while advocating for high-quality standards
Lead the testing cycle domain from planning to delivery
Work closely with the R&D, Customer Success, and Product teams
Research and suggest how to integrate automation and AI in our quality flow

Requirements:

Requirements

At least 5 years experience in Manual/Automation Testing
At least 2 years experience working in SaaS
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
Experience with CI/CD testing strategies
You thrive on goal and result-oriented tasks
A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think outside of the box
High Level of English – mandatory

It Will Be Great If You Have:

HR tech experience
Development experience (any language)
