Senior Product designer

We are seeking a talented senior UI/UX Designer to become part of the team that design and prototype the next generation of innovative enterprise products and features. As part of the Product design team, you will work on features from start to end thorough analysis of user needs, research to wireframe, overall look and feel, creating a great design and experience. You will be working closely with the product management and R&D teams throughout all stages of the product cycle.

Key responsibilities
Define the user model, journeys, interaction and user interface for new and existing products and features
Provide efficient and effective design solutions that are Elegant and scalable.
Work collaboratively with the design team, developers, QA and product management
Adhere to quality assurance standards and practices.
Provide regular status reports on assigned projects.
Build both behavioral and UI design guidelines for products.
Translate requirements into intuitive, highly functional, and visually stunning digital products.
Monitor the implementation process to ensure that the final product matches the design specifications.
Participate in product brainstorms and creative concept development
Foster ongoing improvements in design processes, methodologies, and guidelines

Mandatory requirements:
4+ years of experience with interface design for web.
4+ years of experience with B2B complex enterprise solutions interfaces. Experience in data visualization.
Strong design abilities – Amazing Portfolio is a must!
Proficient in (at least) Figma including working with a design system & prototyping, prototyping and demo tools, HTML + CSS.
Understands users and their needs in order to create the most compelling experience for our users
Great design skills and a holistic understanding of what makes a great user experience.
A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational, logical and analytical skills.
Creative problem-solving techniques to come up with innovative concepts.
Strong understanding of usability engineering
A BA/BS or above in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or other visual arts.
Humble, with a sense of esthetics for visualization of data
Ability to communicate with Product Managers as well as other design teams.
Highly creative personality
Up-to-date and Know-how in all major design and prototyping software
Ability and desire to learn new processes and technology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure, with good humor and a strong sense of teamwork.
Self-starter who knows how to manage time and workload
English speaking, reading and writing capabilities
Experience in data security related SW is an advantage.
