As a Software Verification and Validation Tech Lead at Medtronic, you will play a pivotal role in the development of life-saving medical equipment.

Your focus will be on writing test protocols and implementing them for our Capnography and Anaesthesia technologies.

A Day in the Life
• Your leadership will guide a team of experienced software developers in writing test protocol for advanced medical products, creating automated test environments crucial for ensuring the reliability and safety of our product's software.
• The products tested include Medical Monitoring systems and Embedded medical modules.
• You will collaborate with multifunctional team to understand our products and the software that drives the products, leading your team in writing and implementing tests ensuring our product robustness.

Must Haves
• Experience in testing methodologies and test protocols writing
• Experience in leading software development: team leading, project planning, agile development, testing methodologies.
• Regulation understanding
• Excellent communication skills, team player
• 5yr experience as a Software developer
• Continuous integration/continuous delivery
• Database
• Good understanding in software architecture
• High level English & Hebrew skills (writing & verbal)
