Director of Engineering

Learn quickly and independently, maintain close ties to R&D members, product managers, and management Oversee and guide the engineering teams day-to-day, from SDLC to engineer personal growth plans. Take ownership of feature execution plans and results Be a part of the technical roadmap definition and prioritization processes to facilitate the use of new technologies and development processes Collaborate with the product team to refine technical requirements and software architecture for new software and features Work closely with managers to shape the organization culture Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and team leaders Build a recruitment plan and lead the effort to expand the team Take ownership of the Engineering group, existing product and infrastructure, as well as additional supplementary responsibilities under the R&D day-to-day. 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams 3+ years experience in designing, developing, and testing SaaS applications on Cloud services, knowledgeable in databases, queues, and compute services - a must Proven experience developing high-scale, real-time systems analyzing massive data - a must Proficiency in software architecture patterns and best practices, with a focus on microservices, event-driven / stateless / serverless applications - a must Extensive hands-on proficiency with Python - a must Extensive knowledge and experience with Node.js / React.js / TypeScript - a must Extensive knowledge and experience with AWS Cloud Services - a must Domain expertise in Cyber Security - a strong advantage Knowledge of computer network’s fundamentals and security Strong technical background and problem solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational and leadership skills. חובה ניסיון הנדס און - חייב להיות קרוב לקוד חובה ניסיון עם python חובה ניסיון בסביבת cloud או עם מוצר saas ניסיון מעולם הסייבר כפיפות לפאונדר שהוא ה-cto של החברה ניהול של ראש צוות 1 וכ-5 מפתחים אחריות הנדס און על הפיתוח , ארכיטקטורה והדיזיין בחברה
