We at LiveU are looking for you to play a key role, implementing the power of data and insights for business success.

As a PMO (Project Management Officer) & Project Manager, you will work closely with our different teams, managing LiveU's projects' portfolio and leading our cross-functional projects, especially those focused on customer-facing implementation and success.

You will analyze processes, effectively solve problems, and recommend ways to achieve successful business transformation both internally and for our key customers.

Location: Kfar Sava, Israel

Responsibilities:

PMO – assist in planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both internal initiatives and customer engagements.
Manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects, from kickoff through final delivery and successful deployment.
Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure business performance and customer success.
Process mapping and improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams (especially Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth customer delivery).
Lead operational excellence improvement projects internally and cross-functional projects.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in our customer delivery processes.
Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes.
Create executive-level presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.

Requirements:

BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Manager, with a strong background in managing external/customer-facing projects (e.g., system integration, solution implementation).
Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis.
Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize.
Understanding of business processes and their implementation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting effectively with high-profile international clients.
Team player, effective interpersonal skills.
