Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our core engineering team and spearhead our quality assurance strategy. In this role, you won't just find bugs- you will architect the infrastructure that allows us to ship high-quality code at lightning speed. We need someone who thinks like a developer, has a passion for automation, and understands that in a fast-paced AI company, quality is a shared, proactive responsibility.

What You’ll Do

Architect and scale our automation infrastructure and test suites from the ground up, ensuring comprehensive integration coverage across the entire product.
Proactively identify and implement sophisticated test scenarios to guarantee the highest standards of product reliability and performance.
Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle: from executing suites to conducting deep-dive root cause analysis on complex failures.
Collaborate closely with the founding team to embed a quality-first mindset and integrate automated testing seamlessly into the development lifecycle (CI/CD).
Drive engineering excellence by participating in code reviews and providing expert feedback on best practices and system performance.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in automation development (preferably in a fast-paced startup environment).
Hands-on expertise with Playwright, TypeScript, and Git.
Strong architectural thinking: Ability to build robust, maintainable, and scalable testing frameworks from scratch.
A Get-things-done person: Independent, fast learner, and a true team player who thrives in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
Proactive, can-do attitude with a deep sense of ownership and the ability to drive processes independently.
High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
