What You'll Do:

As our Head of Design, you'll be the torchbearer for the Finout visual brand. You'll steer the ship for our user experience, making sure it's nothing short of revolutionary. From concept to execution, you will manage the design team while collaborating closely with our product experts, skilled engineers, and dynamic marketing team.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in product design, preferably with SaaS platforms
3+ years of experience managing a design team
Experience in brand creation and marketing design
Hands-on experience in creating wireframes and picture-perfect design
Demonstrable ability to drive projects from concept to completion
Strong portfolio exhibiting expertise in both brand and product design
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly to different stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a track record of innovative design solutions
Up-to-date with current UI/UX trends and technologies
Experienced in working and thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment
Committed to mentoring team members and fostering professional growth

Experience:
5+ years

Responsibilities:

Lead our design teams, overseeing both marketing and product UX/UI initiatives.
Maintain and evolve the Finout brand aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all external touchpoints, including conference presence.
Prioritize usability to achieve straightforward user flows and excellent user satisfaction metrics.
Live and breathe usability. We're talking sleek user journeys and off-the-charts NPS scores.
Drive the end-to-end feature development process, from user research to design implementation.
Act as the subject matter expert for user interface and user experience, setting standards for the team.
Ensure close collaboration with the engineering and product teams to translate designs into workable solutions.
Address design challenges effectively within our agile development environment.
