Facility Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team. This position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment for all employees.
What will your job look like:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Monitor and maintain the facility’s infrastructure to ensure it meets safety and operational standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues, including lighting, temperature, and equipment malfunctions.
Coordinate and oversee external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment to identify potential issues.
Handle emergency repairs and respond to facility-related service requests in a timely manner.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order necessary parts and materials.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist with facility setup and event support when required.
All you need is:
5+ years of experience as a facility maintenance technician or in a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in facility management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and external vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
Advantages:
