As part of our Global Service Team, you will play a key role in the deployment, technical support, and continuous improvement of Nanox systems in the field. You'll work closely with customers, partners, R&D, Quality, and Operations, taking ownership of complex technical issues while ensuring a high level of customer experience, system availability, and service quality. The role requires hands-on approach and strong technical orientation on-site and frequent travel to engage with clients worldwide.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in Field Service, Technical Support, or a similar hands-on technical role supporting multidisciplinary systems.
Proven hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting complex mechanical/multidisciplinary equipment.
Experience working directly with customers and/or international partners.
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networking, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution.
Ability to work effectively and calmly in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to different audiences.
Fluent English - Must.

· Full Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend remote support when required.

Referred requirements:

Mechanical/Electrical Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Engineering.
Experience with medical devices or other regulated multidisciplinary product.
Experience in a startup or fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support to customers, partners, and field personnel.
Deploy, install, maintain, repair, and upgrade Nanox systems at customer, R&D, and production sites, in accordance with service procedures and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Take end-to-end ownership of complex field issues, from troubleshooting and root-cause analysis through resolution, documentation, and follow-up.
Create and maintain technical service documentation, work instructions and service procedures.
Serve as a technical focal point for field-related issues and provide hands-on support when required.
Act as a field trainer and mentor for service engineers and partners, including knowledge transfer and technical training.
Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of service procedures, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
Collect, analyze, document, and report field cases and system status in accordance with service procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure effective information flow between the field and R&D, providing structured feedback to support product reliability, serviceability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Operations, and Customer Success, to resolve technical and customer-related issues.
Support new system deployments and service readiness activities.
