Import / Export Administrator

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Import & Export Administrator to join our logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing all order types and shipments from Israel, ensuring smooth logistics operations, customs clearance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process various types of orders (Sales, RMA, Advance Replacement, MARCOM, etc.) originating from IsraelOversee the end-to-end shipping process, including order fulfillment and documentationMonitor shipments from AudioCodes’ warehouse and contract manufacturers in IsraelCoordinate and handle customs clearance for incoming shipmentsProvide operational support to AudioCodes’ global logistics centersEnsure compliance with international shipping regulations and incotermsMaintain accurate records and documentation for all shipmentsRequirementsProfessional Experience & Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations and order managementStrong knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and logistics processesHands-on experience with ERP systemsProficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook and ExcelFluent in English (both written and spoken)Key Competencies:Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong sense of responsibility and ownershipAbility to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of customer service orientation
