Description

We’re looking for a proactive IT Specialist to support our employees on-site and abroad. You’ll manage and troubleshoot systems across Linux, macOS, and Windows, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through smart tools and automation.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems across all user levels.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies - Active Directory and OKTA
Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance across all platforms via GPO and Patch management tools
Utilize scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate recurring tasks and streamline processes
Manage hardware, setup, repairs, and component replacements
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an IT Specialist, providing both face-to-face and remote support
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining Linux , macOS , and Windows operating systems.
Experience with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
Ability to handle hardware management, including PC setups, installations, and repairs
Implement and manage virtualization technologies for Windows and Linux OS environments to support infrastructure needs.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, with the ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues
Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Willingness to be available on weekends and holidays as needed (via Slack).
Familiarity with command-line tools, including Linux shell commands (Bash)/Ubuntu code, macOS Terminal, Windows PowerShell and HTML - An advantage
Fluent English.
