Lead Tech Product Mgr

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, drive product strategy, and make informed roadmap decisions.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and input from internal stakeholders.
Own the entire product lifecycle, from conception to product launch and adoption.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product analysts, and researchers.
Gather post-adoption feedback and monitor usage metrics.
Continuously analyze data to understand users’ usage patterns and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
Experience as a Product Manager in large and complex software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
Background as an R&D engineer or equivalent roles- an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field- an advantage.
