Every day, more than 4,000 of us are challenging what’s possible and making headway to help improve outcomes.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:Testers & Calibration systems technical supportDeliver technical support for Testers & Calibration systems, both remotely and onsite.Provide remote assistance via email, phone, and remote access tools to global manufacturing and development sites.Conduct hands-on activities including system installations, upgrades, and repairs.Analyze system data to identify issues and recommend solutions.Qualification of internal and external users of the systemsTooling calibration, System/ Parts inspection and functionality testspreform gold tool productionSystem/ Parts incoming functionality tests.Finish good acceptance test at subcontractors’ sitesParticipate in Life Cycle Management Eng. ActivitiesPOD, V&V, QualificationCalibration Data analysisECOs execution, Process definition, documentation preparation and updateGeneralPerforms other duties assigned as neededQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:B.Sc. in Exact Sciences or Practical Engineering with relevant experience At least 5 years of Minimum experience in:Engineering and test equipment Field service operations Supply chain and manufacturing environmentsExperience in the medical device industry is a strong advantage.Key Competencies RequiredStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Technical proficiency with basic software knowledge.Ability to support manufacturing and debug complex systems.Effective communication skills (verbal and written).Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Proficiency in MS Office tools.PERSONAL COMPETENCIESProactive and able to work independently.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Capable of guiding technical teams both onsite and remotely.Willingness to travel to Integra or vendor sites (approx. one week per quarter).Strong proficiency in English – both written and verbal communication.Unsolicited Agency SubmissionIntegra LifeSciences does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
