Senior product Designer

Moonshot is seeking a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute designs that enhance user experiences across our product suite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to execution for new features and products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs effectively.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
