What you will do:

Initiate and support innovation and AI-driven transformation projects across the organization
Identify opportunities for innovation; propose new project ideas aligned with business objectives and emerging technology trends
Assist in developing business cases for innovation initiatives
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of innovation
Organize and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
Communicate the value and impact of innovation and AI initiatives to stakeholders
Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects; track progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Gather feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into actionable innovation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, or a related role
Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence and GenAI concepts
Strong business sense and understanding of organizational processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills
Fluency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in innovation management or digital transformation projects – Advantage
Exposure to AI, data analytics, or technology-driven business change (hands-on technical skills not required) – Advantage
Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment – Advantage
Experience working in a Big 4 company or experience in the financial sector - Advantage
