A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will partner with Ophir Photonics Sales team to manage and support its Subsidiaries and Distribution network. In this role, you will report to the Ophir Director of Sales.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Customer service support. Includes Repair & Recalibration Order processing, updating lead-times and Order confirmations.
Manage the entire service process
Coordination with Operation Repair & Recalibration team
On going communication with distributors and end customers.
Coordination with logistic team for shipment of ready orders.

Skills You Bring:

3+ years experience in a service role.
Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system (Ex SAP / Oracle)
Capable to communicate in English.
Team player, open minded and active.
Motivated, organized and efficient individual.
Willing to work in a dynamic environment
