Job Summary

CyberArk is looking for aPlatform Manager, AI Transformationto lead our strategic transition into anAI-native engineering organization.In this high-impact role, you will establish and lead theAI Platform Enablement Team, turning AI from isolated experimentation into ascalable, secure, and standardized engineering capability.

You will be responsible for defining how engineers collaborate withAI agents,introducing autonomy safely, and buildingreusable AI foundational capabilities. This role combines technical leadership in platform engineering withAI systems thinkingand organizational enablement. You will balance the speed of innovation with essentialsafety, security, and reliability standards.

The team works in full collaboration with cross-functional engineering groups to embed AI into daily development and operations workflows. We are looking for ahands-on technical leaderwho can design complex systems and also get into the details when needed to turn ambiguous ideas into production-grade capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experiencein software engineering, with a strong background inplatform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems.

Proven track recordof building internal platforms used by multiple teams and driving cross-team adoption of new technologies.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development toolsfor real-world production services.

Strong understandingof prompt engineering, agent workflows, and establishingevaluation and guardrailsfor AI systems.

Experience in technical leadership, including leading cross-functional teams and aligning groups around engineering standards.

Excellent communication skillswith the ability to influence senior stakeholders and educate engineers.

Data-driven mindsetwith experience creating and measuring KPIs to increase team velocity.

Ability to define and execute strategy, translating a high-level vision into a clear roadmap and execution plan.

Additional information

Core Platform Delivery: You will own foundational capabilities includingService-Level AI Agents, AI-assisted incident management,and AI Developer Agents for PR creation and refactoring.

Infrastructure & Governance:Responsibility for theAI Control Plane / MCPInfrastructure, ensuring secure, auditable interfaces with clear permission boundaries.

Enablement: Experience rolling outtraining programs(e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and certification frameworks to turn AI into a first-class engineering skill.

Safety & Observability: Expertise in designing systems withhuman-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and cost control standards.

Continuous Learning:Ability to build mechanisms that improve AI systems using feedback loops fromcode reviews, incidents, and developer feedback.
