Data Scientist- Senior

We’re looking for an experienced, impact-driven Senior Data Scientist to join our R& D team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge

machine learning models, shape our data science strategy, and play a key role in optimizing AI-powered solutions for the life insurance market.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

 Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML models, from research and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.

 Work on complex modeling challenges, including churn prediction, forecasting, segmentation, classification, and regression.

 Define and implement data science best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of models.

 Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI-driven insights with business objectives.

 Leverage advanced analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and predictive modeling to drive value for insurers.

 Present key findings and research to executives, clients, and internal teams, making complex insights accessible and actionable.

 Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.

 BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field.

 Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and experience working with cloud-based ML pipelines.

 Strong background in time series forecasting, clustering, classification, and predictive modeling.

 Experience handling large-scale datasets, with a deep understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization.

 Strong analytical mindset with business acumen – ability to translate data into actionable insights for real-world impact.

 Proven ability to work independently, own initiatives, and drive strategic data science projects from conception to execution.

 Excellent communication skills – able to present findings to executives, clients, and technical teams in a clear and compelling manner.

Bonus Points For

 Experience in Insurance, Fintech, or Risk Modeling.

 Familiarity with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.

 Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for machine learning deployment.
