The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in DevOps, strong technical skills, and a passion for automation, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment practices. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across our systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple teams from different business areasProvision and manage cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure preferred, AWS also valued)Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code best practicesImplement and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure, automating deployment, scaling, and monitoring of microservices to achieve high availability and resilienceImplement and maintain secrets managementMaintain security best practices, including role-based access control and network security groupsImplement and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure and applicationsCollaborate with multiple teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issuesRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in DevOps rolesStrong networking fundamentals (subnetting, TCP ports, DNS, ingress/egress)Security expertise (role-based access control, network security groups, permissions, network/firewall rules, certificates)Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systemsHands-on experience with Git and version control systemsAbility to use terminal tools for process and network troubleshootingExperience with infrastructure as code (Terraform required)Experience with cloud providers (Azure preferred, AWS a plus)Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (Azure Pipelines required, GitHub Actions a plus)Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus)Preferred & Bonus SkillsExperience with configuration management tools, such as AnsibleProgramming experience (Go, Python, C# – preferred, not required)Familiarity with internal vs. external ingress/egress and network security groupsExperience with secrets management and infrastructure monitoring toolsExperience with using AI assistants as a form of collaboration on projects (Github Copilot)Experience with IDP systems (Okta preferred)We invite you to check out our Instagram Page to gain further insight into the Varonis culture!@VaronisLifeVaronis is an equal opportunity employer.
