We are looking for a *motivated and experienced IT Officer* to join our growing IT team.

This role is a *stepping stone for career advancement* within our fast-paced IT department.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network)
* Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and IT equipment
* Manage user accounts and access permissions
* Maintain IT infrastructure, backups, updates, and system performance
* Support LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, wireless APs, and security protocols
* Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and virtual environments

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support or technical roles
* Proficient in Windows & Linux
* Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless APs
* Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and Office applications
* Experience with VMware
* PowerShell and/or Python scripting – a plus
