AlgoSec is looking for a Social Media and email Marketing Specialist, to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of our social media platforms and email communications to drive business results.

Reporting to: Director of Marketing Communications

Location: Petach Tikva, Israel

Social media responsibilities

Manage organic social media accounts and monitor engagement
Lead and manage the employee social media advocacy program
Design and implement social media strategy and content plan to align with business goals, ongoing campaigns, and brand identity
Develop a weekly social media plan and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, images, videos and surveys) – both organically and paid
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Connect with relevant social media groups and influencers to maximize outreach
Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
Analyze data and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and tools

Email marketing responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Support the marketing team with the creation of highly converting campaign-related emails
Analyze and track email metrics to measure the effectiveness of your emails (Open rate, CTR), provide actionable insights
Run A/B testing to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
Proven experience in social media management and email marketing
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools
Experience in cybersecurity B2B tech companies – an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
Detailed-oriented with a strong eye for graphics
Strong project management skills; be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and deliver fast
Self-driven and independent. Collaborative and open-minded
Strong analytical skills
